Jurisdiction
This contract is made under English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
The <head> Web Site
The <head> Web Site contains both free and premium sections ("the conference"). Registering for the <head> Web Site is free and gives you access to the free sections. It does not give you a license to view the premium sections. You must purchase a license ("ticket") to attend the conference and have it assigned to yourself to access the premium content (sessions, etc.) during the conference.
The <head> Web Conference
The <head> Web Conference is a global event taking place between the dates of October 24-26, 2008 which will be experienced through the premium sections of the <head> Web Site. You must buy a license ("ticket") and have it assigned to yourself to access these premium sections ("the conference").
Definition of "ticket"
Purchasing a "ticket" to attend the conference gives you a limited license permitting you to view the premium content (e.g., sessions) on the <head> Web Site during the days of the conference and recorded material from the conference for at least a period of one year following the conference.
Assigning tickets
You may assign purchased tickets to any member of the <head> Web Site, including yourself. You may invite non-members to join the site and assign them tickets once they have registered for the web site. In order to access the premium sections of the <head> Web Site, you must have a valid ticket assigned to your account on the <head> Web Site.
You may change your ticket assignments until the start of the conference (no later than 8am GMT on October 24th, 2008.) Ticket assignments may not be changed once the conference has begun.
Refunds
Tickets are refundable within 14 days or before the start of the conference, whichever is sooner. Tickets may not be refunded after the conference has begun (no refunds will be given after 8am GMT on October 24th, 2008).
Definition of "local conference hub"
A local conference hub is a real-world event organized by a third party with permission from Yeah, Let's Do It! Limited. The third party is responsible and liable for the organization of the local hub and must abide by the rules and regulations for local hubs as specified by Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd.
Access to local conference hubs
Attendees must have a valid ticket to attend local conference hubs and tickets will be checked at the door before admission. Having a valid ticket does not guarantee you entry to a local conference hub. You must abide by any local rules hubs may have regarding entry limits (fire safety, etc.) and registration procedures. Local hubs may not charge for admission to a hub.
Ticket pricing
Ticket prices are $99 (inc. VAT) ("early bird price") until September 30th (inclusive) and $149 (inc.VAT) ("regular price") starting October 1st.
Invitation to treat
The display of items on sale on this web site is an invitation to treat. We reserve the right to refuse any offers of purchase.
No unlawful conduct
Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. requires its members to behave in a lawful manner and not go outside these terms and conditions.
You, as a customer agree that you will not use the <head> Web Site and service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. Any unauthorised use of the <head> Web Site and service is expressly prohibited.
In using the the <head> Web Site and service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in each relevant jurisdiction (both in United Kingdom and internationally). You are entirely responsible for all acts and omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through the <head> Web Site and service.

BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, OR LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IT SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD YEAH, LET'S DO IT! LTD. HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND CLAIMS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES ASSERTED AGAINST YEAH, LET'S DO IT! LTD., ITS AGENTS, ITS CUSTOMERS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, THAT MAY ARISE OR RESULT FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDED OR PERFORMED OR AGREED TO BE PERFORMED OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY CUSTOMER, IT'S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR ASSIGNS.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, IF THERE SHOULD ARISE ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF YEAH, LET'S DO IT! BY REASON OF THE LICENSING OR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER DUE TO YEAH, LET'S DO IT!'S NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, MISREPRESENTATION OR OTHERWISE SUCH LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.
Third-party software
Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. is not responsible for the code that implements any 3rd party software or service used on our web site nor are we responsible for the code that implements any 3rd party software or services provided via a non-web interface. This is the responsibility of the implementers of the 3rd party software. This software is provided to our customers "as is" and Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. makes no warranty to you as to its availability, reliability, suitability or timeliness.
Termination
Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. may terminate your use of its services at any time for any reason and without notice. Your right to use Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd.'s services ceases immediately upon termination.
Force Majeure
Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. makes every possible attempt to run the <head> Web Conference, however, Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the <head> Web Conference for whatever reason at any time. In case of a cancellation, we will strive to inform you at the earliest possible time and your ticket cost will be refunded. Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. will not be liable for costs incurred by the delegate.
Waiver
No waiver of any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Entire agreement and variation
Except as expressly provided elsewhere in our website, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. with respect to the use of our website.
Any changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd.
Invalidity
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Right to change, monitor or discontinue
Yeah, Let's Do It! Ltd. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, change the content and/or functionality of the <head> Web Site, monitor and remove content, or discontinue the availability of some or all of the <head> Web Site at any time without notice.
